It is recommended that during crushing, grinding, or mechanical distribution appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) be utilized commensurate with any exposure hazard (eye protection, gloves, long sleeves and pants, respirator). The utilization of side shield safety glasses, MIOSH approved respirator, etc., may be necessary. Inhalation of dust generated could irritate nasal and throat tissues, eyes and skin. EMERGENCY FIRST AID PROCEDURES Inhalation, Eyes, Skin – Remove to fresh air. Irrigate with fresh water for at least 15 minutes. If irritation or other symptoms persist, consult a physician.
