  • Interest may be charged on balances past due more than thirty (30) days at the maximum rate allowed by law.
  • If legal action is required to collect for sums owed to Standard Gypsum, Applicant agrees to pay court costs and attorneys' fees.

In consideration for the extension of credit to Applicant, we the undersigned guarantee payment of all amounts owed by Applicant to Standard Gypsum. We agree that on demand we will personally pay all amounts owing by Applicant to Standard Gypsum. In the event that Standard Gypsum initiates legal proceedings to collect any amount due by Applicant, the undersigned promises to pay attorneys' fees and costs of court. In the event that a separate individual Guaranty is executed by the undersigned, the undersigned agree that in the case of any conflicts, the terms of such individual Guaranty shall prevail.
